Welcome to the Marcela Bovio webshop. Regio Montana Productions and its team provide services to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

2. Delivery terms

All products are shipped through the Dutch postal service PostNL. Shipping costs vary depending on your location; these are calculated at check out.

Shipping options

Depending on your location, one or more shipping options are available:

• Flat rate: standard mailing, no tracking code included.
• PostNL brief (Netherlands only): standard mailing, no tracking code included.
• PostNL brievenbuspakje (Netherlands only): tracked box (fits through the mailbox).
• PostNL pakket (Netherlands only): tracked package up to 2kg.
• PostNL package with track and trace: tracked package.
• PostNL package signature for delivery: tracked package, signature required at delivery.

Please be aware that Regio Montana Productions cannot be held responsible for lost packages when a non-tracked shipping option is chosen.

Extra delivery costs

Depending on your country, you may owe duties, taxes, or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, which only cover the transit costs of the products. Sorry, we can’t change your government’s laws…

Delivery times

We usually ship orders once or twice a week. Delivery times vary depending on the destination; see International delivery times at the PostNL website for more information.*

3. Return policy

Digital products

All digital product sales are final.

Physical products

If you’re not satisfied with your product you can return it and get a full refund of the item(s) cost minus shipping costs. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the day you purchased it.

Any product you wish to return must be in the same condition you received it for it to be refunded; return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Please send the item(s) to:
